Just noticed the For Sale sign has come off the Woodman. Has someone bought it or has the sign been nicked. Hope it's the former as this is a great site for so many things.

There was a planning application to convert the upper floors of Woodman into flats, but it was refused by Greenwich council.
Apparently the new owner applied for this and according to the application the Pub part in the ground floor was to remain in commercial use, however not as Pub as all the toilet area + new rear extension would have been a flat. Thanks for that info. I had seen the planning application notice in one of the local freesheets but hadn't researched more. It's such a shame that nothing is being made of the building so far.
